Treasurer of the SBCN, Melissa Stephens Promoting Catwalk For the Cure on Rogers Daytime Show

Melissa Stephens a post grad student at Conestoga College is today appearing on Rogers Cable Daytime show to promote an event she is organizing as part of her post grad course. She, along with her committee decided to arrange a fashion show with models within the age range of 19 - 30 to help raise awareness for Breast Cancer. A number of local clothes stores are loaning their clothes for this event, sponsors within the community have donated their time and money and this event will do a lot to raise awareness amongst the younger generation about breast cancer.

The good news is networking is no longer a drudge, it's fun, affordable, and beneficial in many ways.

Networking is not something you do just to sell your products and services. Many people today network to connect to employers who may be hiring for their organization.
