When you write a book you hope it will be a best seller, if not, at least you hope that someone will buy a few copies! Actually I had no thoughts of a best seller when I wrote my first book, A Life Like Mine, and then my 2nd book, The APE Philosophy, For Everything Money Can't Buy. I enjoy writing so much, I am passionate about helping people, so I write and my books become successful. I keep it simple.

Small Business is Booming in Waterloo Region!

Small Business is booming in Waterloo Region, and I say that because as the founder of the Small Business Community Network group more people than are joining our organization and recognizing the benefits of social networking.

The SBCN has an online group on LinkedIn for the SBCN and to date we have 74 members! Our membership directory on our website has over 30 members who attend monthly meetings at Kitchener City Hall.

Meeting like minded individuals who you want to build relationshipw with is a beneficial and tried and tested road to success!

Pilates in Italy ?

Well what started off as a possible joke on Facebook, became a wonderful dream come true!!

I was asked if I would be interested in teaching Pilates in Italy.  My immediate response was "yes".   My underlying suspision was, "is this for real".  Well low and behold a ticket with my name and date of departure came in my inbox.  I was going to Italy to teach Pilates at an "International marathon Pilates" event.
