Technology concepts are changing every day, and speech recognition is no different. What is speech recognition? Any technology that allows you turn talk into text! The Gluten-Free Craze

Are you eating gluten-free?  If you aren’t, you probably know someone who is.  Gluten is a sticky protein found in wheat, rye, kamut, spelt and barley.

Some people legitimately need to eat gluten-free because they have a condition known as Celiac which means that their body reacts very negatively to gluten.  Others are choosing to eat gluten-free because of the health benefits.  This is where things get a little more complicated than just avoiding gluten for health reasons.

Most of us like to take pride in our "do it yourself" project. Some of us are born handymen (handy women), but, many of us are not. Sometimes, we spent twice or three times the required time to finish our "do it yourself" project, and ended up covering our fault with duct tapes and hope that no one will see the duct tape.  Unfortunately, for computer security, you cannot use duct tape and hope for the best. You are either protected or exposed, there is no grey area. Many of our clients who purchased online or off-the-shelf protection, only to find themselves in a worse off situation.

Just a word of caution on Identity Theft

For social media (such as Facebook), some of us might have completely forgotten what we put onto our Facebook Profile. Please go onto your Facebook profile and double check if you have put your full birthday (year, month and day) and is allowing the public to see. Please consider removing the year of your birth and put a restriction on who can see your birthday. I have recently realized truly what I have gained from being a business owner.  It was like a light bulb went off!  If I think back to a time when everyone asks what you want to be when you grow up, I would have said a teacher.  I want to teach, to help and to be with people, young people.  Life happens, priorities change and sometimes our dreams take a back burner.

It would take one person 142 years to read just one day’s worth of the world’s spam at a rate of one message per second.

Only send email to people who have given you permission to email them and give them the option to unsubscribe.

In 2012, 1.5 billion dollars was spent on email marketing.
