Congratulations Bil Ioannidis on  being elected City Councillor.

“I feel fantastic now,” Ioannidis said of his win Monday night. “My next step is basically to get myself accustomed to being on council.”

Ioannidis has not held office before. He is a consultant at Investors Group and said during the campaign he “knocked on over 4,000 doors and it was a tough go working every day, and non-stop.” via The Record Newspaper

Do I need a home inspection?

You have put a great deal of time and effort into finding a home that is right for you. After considering price, the right location, the style,the number of bedrooms. Now what?

You are making one of the largest investments of your life so it is important to have a professional thoroughly inspect the home to identify problems that may exist and any repairs that will have to be made. Knowing this information in advance helps you to plan financially and avoid expensive surprises. At the very least an inspection provides peace of mind in knowing that your home is safe and sound.
