Do I need a home inspection?

You have put a great deal of time and effort into finding a home that is right for you. After considering price, the right location, the style, the number of bedrooms. Now what?

You are making one of the largest investments of your life so it is important to have a professional thoroughly inspect the home to identify problems that may exist and any repairs that will have to be made. Knowing this information in advance helps you to plan financially and avoid expensive surprises. At the very least an inspection provides peace of mind in knowing that your home is safe and sound.

JUST INTRODUCING MYSELF.

My name is Sue Arnott and I am the Co-Owner of "Welcome Home Inspection Services".  My other half is John and we are a team!  John, of course, is the Home Inspector and I like to think I'm the boss, but not really!!  John and I operate 'Welcome Home Inspection Services" and are new members to this wonderful organization, SBCN.
