Is business about being popular, or is it about being a great leader? Today is is difficult to differentiate between the two, and if we look at #Twitter as an example, we see that it's not necessarily the most succesful businesses that have the most followers, or even who grow their success on #Twitter. Being popular can mean you are a *yes* person, or that you follow everyone who follows you. But what happens next? Your business success may depend on how you play out your popularity, and how you can use that to your benefit.
